As I age, I've been noticing a little brain fog. And typical lack of energy. I've added VitaPQQ recently and am already seeing improvements. Workouts seem better, definitely feeling more energetic and I'm feeling clearer and more focused while at work and in day to day life. Not sure if this is typical but I also notice that I'm eating cleaner...less desire for processed foods and sugar. Game changer for me!
